While the current finance markets can make it more difficult to purchase a home with a low deposit (ie less than 20% of the purchase price) there are still many options out there. In order to really establish what the options are specific to your requirements and situation you need to consult with a mortgage Advisor as early in the process as you can. They can outline what your options are now OR what you could do to put yourself in a position to access a low deposit home loan.
